These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RIPTON CLOUD website, early access program, evaluation materials, and related communications. By using the website or submitting information to RIPTON CLOUD, you agree to these terms.

If you use RIPTON CLOUD on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

RIPTON CLOUD may offer early access, technical evaluations, benchmark support, and product previews before general availability. Access is selective and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Evaluation results depend on workload, network path, hardware, configuration, and operating conditions. Public benchmark numbers describe specific measured scenarios and are not a guarantee of identical results on every environment.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for obtaining any internal approvals required to evaluate RIPTON CLOUD, and for ensuring that any test data you provide or use is appropriate for evaluation.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, export-controlled, or sensitive personal data through website forms. If an evaluation requires sensitive data, discuss requirements with RIPTON CLOUD first so an appropriate process can be agreed.

You may not use the website, early access materials, or RIPTON CLOUD communications to violate law, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute malware, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit RIPTON CLOUD software or materials except as expressly allowed in a separate written agreement.

RIPTON CLOUD and its associated software, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, website content, and product materials are owned by RIPTON CLOUD or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, RIPTON CLOUD may use them without restriction or obligation, provided that RIPTON CLOUD does not disclose your confidential information in doing so.

The website may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email management, scheduling, and related operations. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. RIPTON CLOUD is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

The website, early access program, evaluation support, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RIPTON CLOUD disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RIPTON CLOUD does not warrant that the website or early access materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every workload or environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIPTON CLOUD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIPTON CLOUD's total liability for any claim relating to the website, early access program, or these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

RIPTON CLOUD may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or early access materials after an update means you accept the updated terms.
