Questions technical buyers ask.
Do clients need an account?
No. Each recipient gets a scoped link and downloads in a browser. They do not use a named seat and are not charged.
Is there a limit on recipients?
Recipients are not metered. Plans are priced by named users on your side and monthly transfer allowance; see the pricing page for the limits of each plan.
Can we brand the delivery?
Yes. Administrators set a logo, favicon and product name that appear on the pages recipients see, and can edit the notification email templates. There are no colour themes or per-package branding.
Will it be faster than our current tool?
On short, clean links most tools are fine. The difference appears with distance, latency and loss. The Free plan lets you find out on a real delivery before paying anything.
