Masters and raw footage are large
ProRes masters and camera originals are tens to hundreds of gigabytes, over links to clients and production partners in other cities.
Creative agencies
Every campaign ends with a delivery: masters in several formats, a folder of adaptations, the raw footage the client insists on keeping. The tools agencies use were built for documents, cap file sizes, and charge as the client list grows. RIPTON CLOUD sends the deliverable as one package to as many recipients as the job needs.
Plan limits are those published on the pricing page. Benchmark figures come from RIPTON CLOUD's published EC2 test at roughly 150 ms latency and 3% packet loss. Results on your route depend on your network, endpoints and storage. RIPTON CLOUD does not claim any industry certification on this page.

Delivery day
Agency delivery is many recipients, large files, tight deadlines and clients who will not install anything. The common tools handle one of those well and charge for the rest.
ProRes masters and camera originals are tens to hundreds of gigabytes, over links to clients and production partners in other cities.
Every size, format and market variant in its own file. Zipping hides them; sending them one by one takes the afternoon.
Clients, media owners and freelancers will not create accounts, and per-recipient pricing punishes the agencies with the most clients.
Workflows
Masters · adaptations · print-ready files
Create a package with the masters and the adaptation folder, add every recipient, and send. Each gets a scoped link; downloads are recorded so approvals do not depend on a reply.
Camera originals · audio · stills
Give production partners and freelancers a Shared Inbox or upload link so camera originals arrive as folders, from a browser, with no account.
Trafficking · spec-compliant exports
Send trafficking packs to media owners with expiry you set and a record of who took delivery.
RIPTON CLOUD in the workflow
The product earns its place by moving prepared data between endpoints—not by claiming ownership of every system around it.
External recipients and guest uploaders never use a seat and are never charged, however many clients you deliver to.
10 GB per file on Free, 100 GB on Starter, no file-size limit from Professional up. Folders travel as one package.
A record of when each recipient downloaded, so 'we never got it' has an answer.
AES-256-GCM or ChaCha20-Poly1305 with a forward-secret key per session and replay protection. There is no plaintext mode to misconfigure.
Free $0; Starter $99/mo; Professional $499/mo; Business $1,499/mo. No per-gigabyte metering and no per-recipient fee.
Throughput depends on your route, endpoints, and storage. The published benchmark (a 1 GB file 7.5x faster than the TCP baseline at 150 ms and 3% loss) tells you where the difference appears; your own route tells you how much.
Product boundary
RIPTON CLOUD sends packages and records their delivery. It is not a review-and-approval tool, a DAM or a shared drive.
Evaluation path
The Free plan is enough to deliver a real job today. If a client or partner route is slow, run the same package with RIPTON Desktop and compare.
Three named users, one Shared Inbox, 25 GB of transfer a month, files up to 10 GB, at no cost.
Masters and the adaptation folder to the real recipient list. Watch the delivery records come in.
If one route is always slow, send the same package with RIPTON Desktop and compare elapsed time.
Published prices, published limits and no charge for the people who only receive.
FAQ
No. Each recipient gets a scoped link and downloads in a browser. They do not use a named seat and are not charged.
Recipients are not metered. Plans are priced by named users on your side and monthly transfer allowance; see the pricing page for the limits of each plan.
Yes. Administrators set a logo, favicon and product name that appear on the pages recipients see, and can edit the notification email templates. There are no colour themes or per-package branding.
On short, clean links most tools are fine. The difference appears with distance, latency and loss. The Free plan lets you find out on a real delivery before paying anything.
