Who counts as a named user?
Named users include administrators and other full login accounts. Package recipients, delivery recipients, and shared-inbox invitees use scoped guest access and never consume a seat.
Do external recipients or guests cost extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited token-based external guests, so the people you deliver files to never need a paid seat.
What happens if we exceed the monthly transfer envelope?
Any transfer overage is priced and disclosed in advance, so high-volume teams can forecast the bill before they move a byte. Overage never interrupts an in-progress transfer.
Do annual plans include a discount?
Yes. Annual plans include two months free compared with paying month to month.
Can we evaluate Ripton Cloud before choosing a plan?
